Reserch contents

The aim of our study (A01) is to elucidate the cellular- and molecular-mechanisms of induction and maintenance of “inflammatory memory” during the resolution of inflammation.  Especially, my team will elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which tissue-resident memory CD4+ T cells differentiate and persist over a long time in the inflamed tissues.  We will also focus on the acquired immunity-dependent peripheral nerve elongation in the inflamed tissues to understand the tissue damage entropy induced by the neuro-immune correlation.  Furthermore, we will conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) using human samples.
